Refund policy

*Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery.

*Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

*For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item an packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

Return Shipping: 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. 

Return instructions will be provided by our support team before sending any item back. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed quickly and cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled.
